That's great, Eric, glad to see it. Any word on when we're going to be able to expand the drives in our DVR's? The new fall season is starting soon, and our tiny little hard drives are full. Please help.

Why is it that Verizon leaves it's customers in the dark about certain things such as hidden cost? And another example of why? Why is it that I have yet to get my monies worth from Verizon since June 06, 2009? And now you're introducing something you would like for your customers to think is new. Epix movies...what is this, another HBO channel that you're charging another ridiculous price for?

I have been a paying subscriber to EPIX VOD service at verizon FIOS . I have called Fios help desk and searched the Fios WEB pages. The sales lady said I would receive information in the mail about using the EPIX VOD service. We have not received anything yet but like clock work we are billed $ 9.99 each month for the EPIX service we can not figure out how to use aand can not use. The verizon help desk was not any help either . John

I am a FIOS subscriber with the EPIX channel. Am about to drop EPIV due to inability to determine what may be playing (on TV) in the foreseeable future. Is there a MONTHLY SCEDULE for EPIX programminf somewhere? Have not been able to locate it so far

I do not want epix as a Schrodinger's "service". It seems nice. But nice is far too vague to continue to purchase month after month. It seems flexible. A walled garden is not flexible. I recently "upgraded" my fios bundle [a] to [1] 35/35 [2] ultimate hd [3] epix This package is $115. I had [b] [1] 20/5 [2] extreme hd -- for $80. I simply wanted more speed. I don't want epix. fyi ultimate hd (chan count) larger than extreme hd (chan count) There is a package [c] [1] 25/25 [2] extreme hd [3] fios phone -- for $105. Yes, I grasp fios wishes to sell me multiple services at a lower rate than single services. What is the purpose of create your own bundle if I cannot actually create the bundle I did want? I want: [1] 35/35 [2] extreme hd -- now if I must choose a third then [3] the $5 worth of fios phone (non-voip) from [c]. That is a slightly faster [c]: 35/35 vs c's 25/25. I don't want epix. [which is what I neeedless pay $15 for now] I don't want ultimate hd. I like the channels I *chose* originally in extreme hd... that is until fios instituted a "persuasion policy" to "upgrade" by removing channels from lesser [costly] packages. If I want the channels I *had* in extreme hd I "get to" "upgrade" to ultimate hd. yay? No. ultimate comes with distasteful channels and a set of ShoTime in which I have no interest. That's $15 dollars worth of ShoTime I would rather apply to bandwidth increase 35/35 vs 25/25 of package [c] Why can I not have a middle between Tier2 and Tier 3 for $105 worth of package based on package component value cross comparison. ########## epix $15 shotime $15 phone $5 Now again tier 3 is $115 35/35 chanels I want + shotime + epix tier 2 is $99 25/25 channels I want ########## I would like to remove $15 of epix and $15 of shotime from $115 tier 3 = $85? It needs to be a set of three? Fine, $5 of phone for $90 my tier X $85 35/35 extreme hd my tier Y $90 35/35 extreme hd fios phone my tier Z $105 50/20 extreme hd fios phone my tier OZ $155 150/35 extreme hd fios phone ------------- ************* My email is DEA to protect me from your forced-opt-in policy. Please put me in contact with someone who can set me up with either my tier X or my tier Y. ************* ------------- * all prices are pre-tax, pre-fee _$_ I use ViaTalk but because of my incomplete fios install, stuck with bitter moca, their gateway was raping SIP [intentionally]. _$$_ My original install was NOT a bundle, want ethernet from ONT, and one whole hd hd. extreme hd plus separate order 50/20 -- for $150. Verizon's freshly training people tried to ameliorate that I could bridge back to ethernet from moca. BUT failed to understand (or were liars) that's a two edged sword. An all ethernet install can bridge ethernet to moca for the ONE whole hd tv (or any number of tvs one bridge per tv while, yes, entirely ethernet otherwise. the guide does work. I don't care about fios VOD.). Sure I could easily have my house ethernet wired merely to the ONE hd tv and a computer in another room... but verizon copper/light/wireless all have the ever so delightful policy "blame the user lalala". That ethernet must be verizon installed to eliminate even more horrible tech support problems in the future. FIOS is excellent once installed and never changed. Introduce change and that's where sloth and ignorance torture the user generally without malice. When I decreased my provisioned bandwidth the "design" [to borrow from ISDN] of the ONT was "manually built".. and the saturation vs latency trauma ensued. Please end the torture, trauma, and provide me with desirable packages, and accept the money I gladly pay for otherwise flawless service.
